Using a mouse works fine in everyday life – but anyone who wants to work quickly and efficiently cannot do without keyboard shortcuts. With the right shortcuts you save time, reduce clicks and work much more smoothly.

Whether on a Windows PC, Mac or smartphone – many commands can be executed with just a few keystrokes. At first it may feel unfamiliar, but after a short time the most important combinations will come to you automatically.

Tip: Hold down the modifier key first (e.g. Ctrl or Cmd) and then press the second key – that's the most reliable way to do it.
